The Innovation Campus is a product of collective imagination. Employees actively participated in the 18-month consultation process, using LEGO bricks to help shape their future workplace. Designed by CEBRA Architects, the campus features a modular structure of six overlapping sections with up to four floors each. The design prioritises natural light, green spaces, and interconnected “neighbourhoods” linked by a central PlayWay to encourage collaboration and interaction across teams.
Sustainability at Its Core
Aligned with LEGO’s ambitious sustainability goals, the Innovation Campus is constructed entirely from FSC-certified timber and targets LEED Platinum certification. This eco-conscious design reduces carbon emissions during construction while focusing on energy efficiency, water conservation, and biodiversity enhancement. The building's green credentials mirror LEGO’s broader environmental commitments, ensuring it becomes a benchmark for sustainable architectural practices in the corporate world.
