The direct successor of the DB7 so advanced from the old model that Aston Martin deemed it inappropriate to label it DB8. This 2003 car embodies style, quality, luxury and sportiness in its breakthrough design which arguably holds up for it’s age. It has a V12 engine, a top speed of 183 mph, and does 0 - 60 mph in 4.5 seconds. The V12 Vanquish was featured in the 007 movie, Die Another Day with Peirce Brosnan as James Bond. But alas the Vanquish would not have made the cut without the innovation of manufacturing and design of the DB9.
