The Gaff = The Home  in UK slang.

We are the home for creativity and culture.


Created by a group of friends in a bedroom in Reading UK, TheGaff is the home of creativity and culture, bringing the two together and a space where people can find incredible and interesting stories, art,  media and services  from around the world!


Our Forum is built for creatives to network, search and hire studios, find jobs, and for culture heads to comment and discuss on local/mainstream events within the culture.

Policies and Terms of service


Shipping Policy
  • Standard Shipping: All orders qualify for free shipping within the UK. Orders are dispatched within 2-7 working days after purchase confirmation, with delivery estimated between 7-12 working days from then.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, shipping times vary by destination. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Returns and Refunds Policy
  • Distance Selling Rights: For online, mail, and telephone orders, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, customers must inform us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return Period: Customers have an additional 14 days from the date of notifying us of their cancellation to return the goods.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on their bank or payment provider.
  • No Reason Required: Customers do not need to provide a reason for cancellation or return.
  • Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. TheGaff reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
  • Exchange Requests: For exchanges, please contact our customer service to check availability. Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned item.
